•I kindly ask that I receive a 24 hour notice about cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. I have automatic 24 hour reminder text that are sent to your phone. • if changes are not made BEFORE the reminder text, so less than a 24 hour notice, you will be required to pay 1/2 of service charge to cover the cost of time that you were scheduled for. > I don’t get paid hourly, salary, ect. So without a 24 hour notice, it’s hard to fill that spot. I won’t go into the speech about when clients don’t show up, I don’t make money, doesn’t help pay for a babysitter, groceries, bills.. 🫠 • no-call-no-shows: will be required to pay for their service that was scheduled before scheduling a future appointment. And that will not go towards that future appointment. • 10 minute late- I will kindly ask for you to reschedule your appointment. It gives me extreme anxiety when I run late for my other appointments. And sometimes it effects the remaining of my day. •FREQUENT cancellation and rescheduling- if you communicate with me in advance I will work with you bc that lets me know you respect my time. After 3 chances, I will possibly drop you as a client. I understand life HAPPENS. I’ve been through a lot this past year also with things that come up suddenly. If you communicate with me, I will always do my best to do the same with you. The time has come where I have my own family and time with them is very important to me. And when you don’t show up without a notice, it takes that time away. All I ask is to please communicate with me.
